Permissions

If you want to add to the Wiki, assuming that you are a Malvern BB Officer, just create yourself a login (top right hand corner) and you can. You can't edit the main page however, so you might like to email and I'll adjust your permissions. Please check out the guidlines below:

Uploading Files

Having logged in, you can upload files using the upload file link on your left. Some file types, '.exe' etc. are banned, but you should be able to load other files, '.xls', '.doc' etc without problem. There may be some warning about the size of your file, large files will take some time to upload.

You can view uploaded files using list files, click on 'desc' to delete or update them. Create links to your files using the following syntax [[ Media:DatesFor2006-2007.xls | Programme 2006 - 2007]] which displays as Programme 2006 - 2007.

An alternative way to upload a file is to create the link [[ Media:SomeThingToBeUploaded.xls | My New File]] in the page, save the page and then click on the link. You will then be prompted to upload the file.

Displaying Images

To display images, upload the image as any other file. Then use this syntax: [[Image:BBLogo.png|left|30px|The BB Logo]] to display a thumbnail of the image at some smaller size(30px) to the left or right of the text with a suitable description (The BB Logo). To display an image for more effect, try a centred image of a larger size: [[Image:Powerstransp.png|thumbnail|centre|300px|Angels from the Priory]].
